The Ignite Training Fat Loss plan covers 10 weeks of challenging and effective workouts in four phases. These workouts combine kettlebells, running intervals, and bodyweight exercises for a powerful and challenging fat loss combo. This results-driven program will develop lean muscle, increase your strength and endurance and melt stubborn fat.

With three training plans to choose from you can start at any level.  Follow Training Plan A if you are a beginner or are new to working out. Training Plan B is an intermediate program for for athletes who have some experience with weights and running.  Training Plan C is an advanced program for athletes who have previous experience training with kettlebells, interval training, and running longer distances. Training Plan C will consist of challenging intervals and running protocols.

What should I do on my rest and recovery days?

Walking, Mobility, Yoga, Swimming.

What is the best way to warm up for my workouts?

A dynamic warm up including a full body approach is the best way to prepare your body to workout. Fluid, continuous movements along with joint mobility will help you transition from a resting heart rate to a working heart rate.

I’m new to working out. Is this program suitable for a beginner?

Yes. Training Plan A is designed for beginning athletes. The volume and intensity builds over ten weeks and appropriate rest and recovery is programmed.

I don’t have a gym membership. Can I do my workout programs at home?

Yes, these workouts require minimal equipment and are specifically programmed for a home gym setting.

What is the time commitment for the program in total, per week, and per day?

This training plan will run 10 weeks, with workouts programmed 3-6 times/week, no more than 60 minutes per day.

What equipment will I need?

Set of high-quality kettlebells, timer, Non-slip yoga mat, optional GPS and heart rate monitor.
