This training plan will run eight weeks, with workouts programmed five days per week, no more than thirty minutes per day.
A yoga mat is all you need for the flexibility flows. If you choose to incorporate the optional bodyweight workouts, you will need access to a pull up bar.
Yes. You don’t need to be a yogi to follow these flows. The workouts are easy to follow and each post has a demonstration video in our movement library.
Yes, This program includes optional bodyweight workouts that will build strength, mobility, and motor coordination. Follow the training schedule below to combine bodyweight workouts and flexibility flows. Intermediate and advanced athletes can also add the flexibility workouts to their current training schedule.
Mindith is a born mover. She has spent her life exploring various athletic disciplines, starting with ballet and modern dance from an early age. She went on to become a E-RYT 500 certified yoga therapist and teacher. Mindith is known for exploring new ways to mix disciplines such as kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and yoga to create effective training programs that force people to adapt and constantly challenge themselves.Meet the Coach
