Fluid Flexibility is for intermediate and advanced athletes who want to dive deeper into their overall fitness, mobility, and flexibility. This program includes eight weeks of flows to help you unwind your tight and bound-up body. It kicks off with a baseline assessment to evaluate your current flexibility needs and identify imbalances. A repeat screening will be performed at four and eight weeks to track your progress. This program pairs well with any strength-training plan.

Challenge your overall fitness, mobility, and master your flexibility. Maybe you need a better overhead position to lift heavier weights, or maybe you need a program to counteract the negative effects of sitting at a desk all day. Either way, Fluid Flexibility is designed to help you reach your movement goals. The benefits of dedicated flexibility training are vast, including enhanced sports performance, improved range of motion, decreased risk of injury, elevated well-being, among others. Flexibility sessions are programmed five days per week and take no longer than thirty minutes to complete.

What is the time commitment for the program in total, per week, and per day?

This training plan will run eight weeks, with workouts programmed five days per week, no more than thirty minutes per day.

What equipment will I need?

A yoga mat is all you need for the flexibility flows. If you choose to incorporate the optional bodyweight workouts, you will need access to a pull up bar.

What if I’ve never done yoga before, can I still do this program?

Yes. You don’t need to be a yogi to follow these flows. The workouts are easy to follow and each post has a demonstration video in our movement library.

Are there workouts included in this program?

Yes, This program includes optional bodyweight workouts that will build strength, mobility, and motor coordination. Follow the training schedule below to combine bodyweight workouts and flexibility flows. Intermediate and advanced athletes can also add the flexibility workouts to their current training schedule.

Mindith is a born mover. She has spent her life exploring various athletic disciplines, starting with ballet and modern dance from an early age. She went on to become a E-RYT 500 certified yoga therapist and teacher. Mindith is known for exploring new ways to mix disciplines such as kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and yoga to create effective training programs that force people to adapt and constantly challenge themselves.
